1. Application for admission shall be made in the prescribed form duly signed by the parent or guardian if parents are not alive.
2. A Pupil coming from a recognised school shall produce a transfer certificate or Record Sheet.
3. Pupils discovered to have got admission by false representation and by fake certificates shall be summarily dismissed and shall forfeit all fees they might have paid.
4. It is required that parents or guardians should accompany the pupils seeking admission to fill in and sign the application for admission.
5. Care should be taken to furnish the correct date of birth and community of the pupils at the time of admission. As this will be a valid record of age for life and any alteration later of this entry will not be allowed.
6. Applications for Transfer Certificate shall be in writing and signed by the parent or guardian. It may be made either within the first five working days or at the end of a term.
7. A transfer certificate will be granted only on payment of the School fees without any dues.
8. A duplicate copy of Transfer Certificate will be granted on payment of FIFTY paise proved valid and satisfactory reasons are given for the loss of the original.
9. If a Transfer Certificate is applied for after a lapse of one year from the date of leaving, a penal fee of rupee one will be levied.
10. Transfer Certificate will not be issued in the middle of the School-Year.
